Personal Information

When people visit the Site, we collect information in several ways. In the normal course and usership of the Site, a user will enter their first name, last name, service address, billing address, and product selections. This information is used by the Site to produce a quote for services, a signable agreement, and a payment option via a secure, tokenized, PCI compliant payment portal, all referred to as “Order Information.”

When contemplating “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information (See Below) and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you, the hauler;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, IP addresses), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION​

We share a customer’s Personal Information with third parties to help us use Personal Information, as described above.

Finally, we may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
 

BUSINESS INFORMATION

Information collected for the purposes of presenting a customer with a contract is not shared in an direct manner with any third party. However, it is possible for a third party to determine business information simply by using the Site. Because we present your products and services in the form of a quote and signable agreement, this information is considered “published”, and available for all to view.

WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR ROUTE, SERVICE TERRITORY, CUSTOMER, OR SALES DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT YOUR WRITTEN CONSENT.
 

DEVICE INFORMATION​

When people visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about their device, including information about their web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on their device. Additionally, as they browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that they view, what websites or search terms referred them to the Site, and information about how they interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when they make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from them, including their name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

DO NOT TRACK​

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES​

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
